It’s the holiday season again and this year’s Christmas lights decorations are definitely worth visiting. From fantastically lighted gardens and buildings to amazing displays of electrical brilliance, this is one activity where the whole family can enjoy viewing together.

Instead of driving yourself to and down this year’s Christmas lights roads, you can always look forward to our Los Angeles ground transportation service. We’ll pick you up promptly wherever you’re located and whisk you off to your desired Christmas lights destination.

Enchanted Forest of Lights

 Bring the whole family along to enjoy the brightly decorated landscapes of Descanso Gardens. Interactive displays like The Symphony of Oaks walk-through exhibit is something to look forward to. You’ll get to manipulate the lights and sounds to your heart’s content. Since this is a popular event, you’re definitely encouraged to purchase your tickets in advance (ASAP).

Wild for Lights

 The Los Angeles Zoo is where you want to be with your children this year for a fantastic display of Christmas lights, lasers, 3D projections and interactive displays. If you’re looking to enjoy lots of activities, this is one event you won’t want to miss: from a black light party in the LAIR reptile house to visits from Santa, this is a treat for everyone to enjoy, especially since it’s also the 50th Anniversary of the zoo.

Venue: Los Angeles Zoo, 5333 Zoo Dr., Griffith Park

Historical Holiday Shine

 This holiday, you can enjoy a special Holiday Lights walking tour in the city centre. You can visit a Nutcracker Village, Las Posadas, and many more. It’s suitable for all ages, but if you’re looking for something a little more relaxing, you can play at the playground or in the fountain until the sun sets and you can enjoy watching Grand park come alive with lights at night.

Time & Date: Starts at 6:30 p.m. (from 25 Nov 2017 to 30 Dec 2017)

Admission: Adult ($17), Children 12 and under (Free)

 

Lights with a Bang

 Fancy some fireworks? Since it’s the 55th Anniversary of the Marina del Rey Holiday Boat Parade, you’ll get to enjoy pretty displays of lights that go bang in the night sky. You can spend a whole day here, starting from playing in the “snow” from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. and then getting a good spot to watch the fireworks display which goes off at 5:55 p.m. followed by a parade of boats.
