Kenneth Hahn State Recreation Area

It’s one of the largest inner-city parks in Los Angeles, and you can do anything from hiking to fishing, enjoying a barbecue, to pretty much every other type of sport or exercise.

Mildred E. Mathias Botanical Garden

There’s plenty of wooded areas for quiet contemplation or conversation, as well as little meandering streams filled with fishes and other wildlife.
